Material Selection & Consultation
Once you've reviewed your estimate, we schedule an in-person consultation to select the perfect materials for your Pittsburgh home. Our factory-trained team walks you through top CertainTeed (Landmark, Landmark PRO) and Owens Corning (TruDefinition® Duration®) shingle grades, color options with physical sample boards, and ventilation recommendations specific to your roof configuration.
Permits & Scheduling

Once approved, we schedule your installation for the optimal weather window and coordinate material delivery directly to your property. Professional Installation
Installation day is where Pittsabana's dual CertainTeed and Owens Corning certifications make the difference. Our crews follow the manufacturers' exact installation specifications — complete tear-off to bare deck, thorough deck inspection and remediation of any damaged plywood, premium ice and water shield along all eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the entire surface, precision shingle installation with enhanced fastening patterns, professional flashing at every penetration, and balanced ridge-to-soffit ventilation. We finish with a magnetic nail sweep across your entire property. Most residential projects are completed in 1–3 days.
Final Inspection & Warranty Activation
After installation, your project manager conducts a detailed walkthrough with you — inspecting every ridge line, valley, flashing point, and vent boot. We ensure everything meets Pittsabana's quality standards and your complete satisfaction. Once approved, we register your CertainTeed or Owens Corning manufacturer warranty — covering both materials AND labor — directly with the manufacturer. Payment is due only upon your satisfaction. You'll receive your warranty documentation, before-and-after photos, and a maintenance guide for your new roof.
